Coaches Interview

The purpose of this interview process is to get an overview of the background and coaching philosophy of the individuals wishing to volunteer their time as coaches in the OEYF program. In addition, its purpose is to identify those individuals who would or would not be willing to accept the guidelines, rules and regulations set forth by the Central Michigan Youth Football League and/or OEYF.

1.	What is your opinion of the "6 play rule" and how would you handle this rule as a coach?

2.	Do you have any criminal record or driving record, which would be detrimental to OEYF? IF yes, explain.

3.	Do you have any professional or personal commitments that would interfere with a commitment to the full schedule of practices and games?

4.	How important is on field conduct (player / coach) (sportsmanship, profanity, etc.)? Explain.

5.	Are you willing to accept and follow the guidelines, rules and regulations set down by the CMYFL and OEYF?
